1.- User’s rights
AEROINNOVATION guarantees the confidentiality of the personal data supplied through this website in accordance with the Spanish data protection act, Organic Law 15/1999 of 13th December 1999 (LOPD). Data supplied by users are added to an automated file, which will be processed solely for the purpose described. These data are collected via the pertinent forms, which only contain the fields essential to be able to provide the service required by the user.

Personal data will be treated with the appropriate level of protection according to Royal Decree 1720/2007 of 21st December 2007, taking the security measures necessary to prevent their alteration, loss, unauthorised processing or access by third parties who could use them for purposes other than those for which they were requested from users. The user hereby grants his or her consent to these data being passed on to companies belonging to AEROINNOVATION for the above-mentioned purposes.

In any case, you have the right to access, rectify, cancel or object to the processing of your data (ARCO), and you may exercise this by writing to AEROINNOVATION at Gran Vía Don Diego López de Haro, 19-21 2ª planta (Bilbao) SPAIN giving the reference “Data Protection” or by sending an email to:

2.- Sending forms containing personal data
Responding fully or partially to the forms on this website is entirely voluntary and not answering has no consequences. The necessary fields that must be filled in to provide the service properly are marked with an asterisk (*). In accordance with the stipulations of the Spanish data protection act, Organic Law 15/1999 of 13th December 1999, the data supplied by you will be added to a file owned by AEROINNOVATION and duly reported to the Spanish data protection agency, and the purpose thereof will be specified in each case in the form itself. The data collected in the contact form are not passed to third parties outside AEROINNOVATION, and in all cases in accordance with users’ wishes and the data protection act and regulations implementing it; all necessary security measures have been taken as required by Royal Decree 1720/2007 of 21st December 2007, approving the regulations to implement the Spanish data protection act, Organic Law 15/1999 of 13th December 1999, in order to guarantee the confidentiality and security of the data supplied.

3.- User’s consent and sending commercial communications by electronic means
AEROINNOVATION may send commercial messages by any means, in accordance with the stipulations of legislation in the field of data protection.
You are informed that AEROINNOVATION uses the MailChimp tool to send out emails. You can consult their privacy policy at http://mailchimp.com/legal/privacy/.

For commercial messages sent by email and similar means, in accordance with the stipulations of the Spanish information society services and e-commerce act, Law 34/2002 of 11th July 2002, the user’s consent will be duly obtained when the relevant data are collected. If you wish to object to the sending of messages by email, you can exercise your right of objection when your data are collected using the box provided “ad hoc” in the form itself.

You must bear in mind that, by virtue of a commercial relationship existing between yourself and AEROINNOVATION, you may receive electronic messages even if you have not given your explicit consent (for example, if you arrange a service through the online store, acceptance of the order will be emailed to you, together with details of the order).

Furthermore, should you wish at any time to revoke your consent to receive promotional or advertising information by email, all you need to do is notify AEROINNOVATION by sending a message to the following email address: atencioncliente@innovaero.net stating clearly that YOU DO NOT WISH TO RECEIVE COMMERCIAL MESSAGES BY EMAIL.
